Ginger Tea with lemon, cinnamon and honey ~ Yummm!!!!

Ginger tea alone or with other ingredients build the immune system and comforts the soul:

1 Cup add 3 to 5 thin slices of ginger root, 2 slices of lemon, 2 tbs honey 1 or 1/2 stick of cinnamon and a dash of powdered cinnamon.  Add sugar if you like, I add 1 tsp sugar.  I like to boil mine all together in a pot. Add more ingredients for more cups.
