Baking My Infamous Peach Cobbler!!!

My infamous peach cobbler:

1 can of peach halves or diced

1 tbs. cinnamon

1 pinch nutmeg – if you like

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. almond extract –  if you like

1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix Peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, almond and brown sugar goes in the same bowl

Mix Baking soda, flour, white sugar and milk goes in the same bowl.  If mixture is to thick add more mild, you want sort of a thin consistency not watery.

2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup self rising flour

1 cup white sugar

3/4 cup white milk or half & half

Melt 1/2 stick of butter or 1 whole stick of butter if you like butter.

pour butter in a casserole baking dish that you’re using to bake your cobbler

pour batter on top of butter

section peach mix on top of batter, when baking the batter will rise above the peaches and butter.

Cook for 45 mins with oven temp on 350 or 375
